For Adaptive Athletes with guides in distances of 5K or greater, the guide MUST register for the same event using the link included with the athlete's registration, selecting the "GUIDE" version of the event, and entering the athlete's name as the person they will be guiding.
Complimentary guide registrations do not include a chip-timed result, participant shirt, or finisher medal. Guides who would like to receive these items may add them during registration for a discounted rate. Guides are not eligible for overall or age group awards.

For groups registering 5 or more people at once, we offer a $5 discount per registrant for all races of 5K or greater. This multi-person discount is automatically applied during the registration process once 5 or more registrants are added.
Please Note: Since registrations for races shorter than a 5K do not count towards the multi-person discount, any registrations for such races will need to be completed separately in order for RunSignUp to apply the discount. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
You are able to update your shipping address up until the date of your event. You can find out how to do it through RunSignUp by clicking here.

An Adaptive Athlete uses adaptive equipment such as a wheeler or has a mobility, visual, or hearing impairment that necessitates a guide running or cycling alongside them. For distances of 5K or greater, you will be able to designate yourself as an Adaptive Athlete during the registration process and receive information for registering a guide, if applicable. We often will have Adaptive Athletes start races a few minutes earlier than other participants. Make sure to check the schedule and pay attention to announcements on race day for any adjusted start times!
The addition of separate divisions and overall awards for Adaptive Athletes participating in distances of 5K or greater will be determined based on participation levels.
Sometimes, there are weather events beyond our control. But if there is a threat of more severe weather, we will have two 30-minute delays. After two delays, if race officials determine the course is unsafe because of weather conditions, race officials may cancel, delay, or change the event in case of extreme weather or other conditions that may affect the safety and health of participants. This will be communicated via email, social, and text messages.
